Narrative:A Douglas C-53 transport aircraft (42-15872, c/n 7389) suffered takeoff accident at Fayetteville-Pope AAF, NC (POB). It apparently struck a parked Douglas C-47 (41-18379, c/n 4417). Both aircraft were damaged beyond repair.
