Narrative:
The float-equipped DHC-6 Twin Otter 300 suffered a botched landing on the sea at the Kuredu Island Resort, Lhaviyani Atoll, Maldives. Photos of the accident show that the no.2 engine had almost entirely separated from the wing.
Two crew members and one passenger sustained minor injuries.
