PROBABLE CAUSE:ENGINE FUEL SYSTEM BLOCKAGE DUE TO ICE FORMATION IN THE FUEL SYSTEM DURING A PERIOD OF WEATHER TEMPERATURE EXTREMES. A FACTOR WAS THE LACK OF SUITABLE TERRAIN FOR A FORCED LANDING.
