Narrative:

PROBABLE CAUSE:FAILURE OF THE PILOT TO MAINTAIN ADEQUATE AIRSPEED WHEN HE DIVERTED HIS ATTENTION DURING A LOW PASS AND ALLOWED THE AIRCRAFT TO ENTER A STALL/SPIN. THE UNFAVORABLE WIND WAS A FACTOR.
