PROBABLE CAUSE:ENGINE FAILURE DUE TO OIL STARVATION AND THE PILOT'S MISJUDGED EMERGENCY LANDING, DURING WHICH THE AIRCRAFT COLLIDED WITH TREES AND A SWIMMING POOL, BEFORE COMING TO REST ON THE GROUND AND A CHAIN LINK FENCE.
