Narrative:
Crashed following engine failure near Korat AFB, Thailand. Both crew ejected, but one was killed because the parachute failed.

NOTE: There are conflicting reports on the date of the crash. One source gives the date as 16-Sep-97, others state it was 16-June-97 (three months earlier)
