Narrative:de Havilland DH.82 Tiger Moth MSN 3116 (Gipsy III #3447). C of A 3543 issued 20.7.32 to Mosawa & Co. Regd J-APAE to Kwantung Province Bureau Police Dept. Aircraft “crashed and burned” at Kwantung (Guandong), Canton Province, China. Registration J-APAE cancelled 6.35.
Guangdong, alternately romanized as Canton Province or Kwangtung, is a coastal province in South China on the north shore of the South China Sea. At the time (June 1935) that part of China was occupied by Japan.
