Narrative:Crashed. Both pilots Major Andrej Yeryomin and WSO Major Oleg Btyrchuk ejected and survived. Suffered an engine fire just aftertake-off for a post-maintenance test and attempted to return. Four minutes later, the second engine failed during the landing approach.
