Narrative:The aircraft, a Cessna 182T Skylane floatplane, impacted trees and terrain shortly after takeoff from Fortress Lake in Hamber Provincial Park, BC. The aircraft sustained unreported damage and the sole pilot onboard received fatal injuries.
