Narrative:The aircraft, an Air Tractor AT-401, impacted terrain shortly after takeoff from a private airstrip in Quill Lake, Saskatchewan, and came to rest inverted. The aircraft sustained substantial damage and the sole pilot onboard received minor injuries.
