Narrative:
Unable to refuel from tanker and ran out of fuel over Gulf Of Tonkin. Crashed due to fuel starvation. Both crew - Lt. Commander John Cooley "Buzz" Ellison and Lt. Commander R G Blackwood - ejected and were rescued by Navy helicopter.
