Narrative:
A fire developed in the left hand main landing gear of Spirit Airlines flight NK407 as it taxied to the gate at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, Texas.
The brake fire was quickly extinguished by fire services and passengers deplaned normally.

The aircraft had landed on runway 17C at 12:14 hours local time, arriving at the gate at 12:23 hours. Local temperature at DFW according to Metar reports was 37°C.
