The aircraft crash landed in remote hilly bush country after encountering bad weather en-route.
The aircraft ended up upside down in a creek bed approx 8km west of Whangamomona. The occupants have been flown to safety and are recovering from moderate injuries.
The occupants of the missing aircraft have now been located and have been flown to safety.
