Narrative:de Havilland DH.82A Tiger Moth MSN 85033; Taken on charge as T6746 at 29 EFTS Clyffe Pypard 2.10.41. Collided with Tiger Moth BB759 & crashed 7.7.42; to Lundy & Atlantic Coast for repairs 12.7.42. Upon completion of repairs, to 5 MU RAF Kemble, Gloucestershire 9.8.42. To 6 EFTS RAF Sywell, Northamptonshire 30.3.43. To 18 EFTS RAF Fairoaks, Chobham, Surrey 24.7.46. To 18 RFS RAF Fairoaks, Surrey 26.6.47, coded “RCT-M”. To 9 RFS RAF Doncaster, South Yorkshire 11.5.50. To 9 MU RAF Cosford, Wolverhampton, Staffordshire 19.9.51. To North Weald Station Flight, RAF North Weald, Essex 11.9.52. Returned to 9 MU RAF Cosford 14.12.53 for storage pedning disposal.
Struck off charge as Cat.5(c) and sold as parts 13.7.54 to Robert Stuart Rickard/Aero Exploration; overhauled by Wiltshire School of Flying, Thruxton, Andover, Hampshire 7.55. West German Registration D-EDAM allotted 16.5.55 to Emil Kemmer, Bonn-Hangelar; re-registered 10.12.56 to R Buhring, Dinslaken (regd with c/n E-10).
Written off (damaged beyond repair) when hit winch on glider tug take-off and crashed Wesel-Römerwardt airfield, near Wesel, North Rhine-Westphalia, West Germany 5.4.58.

Paperwork and wreck sold to K.H. Bigge, Hamm. Registration D-EDAM cancelled 28.11.61. Major components used in rebuild of D-EDAN by K.H. Bigge and this 'composite' airframe (an almalglamation of D-EDAM and D-EDAN) was registered D-EDAM in 7.72. However, it was registered with the MSN 85478, the MSN of D-EDAN (ex-RAF DE428) which suggests that, depsite the registration, the majority of the airframe was the former D-EDAN.
