Narrative:The North American Pitbull amateur built ultralight aircraft experienced an inflight water-surface contact with waters of Lake Samish in Whatcom County, Washington. The tractor engine powered gyrocopter nosed over inverted, sustaining substantial damage, and the sole pilot onboard was not injured.
