Narrative: The aircraft experienced an ELT (Emergency Locator Transmitter) activation upon impact with mountainous terrain southeast of Revelstoke in the Columbia-Shuswap district of British Columbia. The aircraft sustained substantial damage and the two occupants onboard received fatal injuries.
