Narrative:THE PILOT STATED THAT SHORTLY AFTER LIFTOFF THE HELICOPTER ENTERED A WHITEOUT CONDITION. THE PILOT LOST CONTROL AND THE HELICOPTER CRASHED INTO THE MOUNTAIN RIDGE.
Probable Cause: A LOSS OF CONTROL AND COLLISION WITH TERRAIN AFTER THE HELICOPTER ENTERED A WHITEOUT CONDITION.
