Narrative:Crashed in fields some 2 km from Malindi Airport. According to unconfirmed reports, the aircraft's engine had 'exploded and caught fire' on or shortly after take-off from Malindi Airport'. At the time of the accident the aircraft was operating a charter flight to a game reserve. All six persons on board (pilot and five passengers) were killed.
