As the assistant dock chief, I was the one interviewed by CAB. The wing broke off in flight, so the investigation suspected the wing mounting bolt was the cause. It was later discovered that the wing sheared off five feet from where it was attached to the fuselage. Their final report revealed that the wing broke off due to CAT.
