Narrative:
Two "Mentor" collided in a formation on return flight from air festival. "Mentor 162" crashed, killing Cmte de Escadrilla Arthuro Puentes Alvarez and Cabo 2°Juan Ricardo Delgado. Other, "seriously" damaged, landed safely at Chillán.
