Narrative:
Stalled and crashed during test flight by Major Oscar Brindley, and Lt. Col. Henry Damm, out of McCook Field, Dayton, Ohio.
The cause was found to be a spark plug that "had jammed itself between the wing's trailing edge and aileron.
