First registered [C of R 6779] on 8.10.36 as G-AEDV to Hon. C.J. Winn. C of A 5580 issued October 1936. Sold on and re-registered [C of R 7940] on 16.6.37 to Birkett Air Service Ltd., Heston Aerodrome, Heston, Middlesex.

Civil registration G-AEDV cancelled 27.3.40 when impressed into military service as X9389.

Written off (destroyed) 3.9.41 when flew into high ground near Chedzoy, 3 miles east of Bridgwater in the Sedgemoor district of Somerset
