Narrative:Hawker Audax K3093: Fatal flying accident 29/4/35 when Air Gunner thrown out of aircraft in collision with Hawker Audax K3092 (also of 26 Squadron) in formation flypast over RAF Catterick, North Yorkshire.
Crew:
LAC Wilfred Willoughy Green (Air Gunner #363394) RAF killed.
Flt Lt Augustus Graham Johnston (pilot) RAF unhurt
Flying Officer John Lindsey Barker unhurt in Hawker Audax K3092. Both aircraft sustained only minor damage, and were returned to service: K3093 was written off in a much later crash (on 21/6/40 at Collingbourne Dulcis) and K3092 was struck off charge on 31/3/41.
