Narrative:The aircraft, an experimental Smith Built Searey, experienced a nose under during a takeoff attempt from the waters of Lake Berryessa offshore Berryessa Highlands, California. The amphibious airplane sustained minor damage and the sole pilot onboard received minor injuries.
