The light plane crashed landed at Balchik airport. The aircraft struck the runway violently after several bounces and caught fire. The pilot died in the crash.
Reasons
Errors made in the piloting technique during landing related to inaccurate judgements due to low flying experience and under the influence of alcohol intake.
