Narrative:Aircraft reportedly crashed while on instrument training. Witnesses saw two parachutes and said plane was engulfed in flames as it plunged to earth. Three Killed While Flying were: LTjg David H. Grant, LTjg Jeffrey R. Haushalter, and LTjg Ronald B. Ritchie.
