Narrative:
Substantially damaged 10 Feb 1940: The aircraft hit an ice hummock on landing at RAF Church Fenton, North Yorkshire, and the undercarriage collapsed. Returned to Fairey Aircraft at Heaton Chapel Stockport for repairs/rebuild

Rebuilt for the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) as RCAF 1794. Shipped to Canada for the Empire Air training Scheme, and Taken on charge by the RCAF on 8 January 1941. Sustained Category B damage on 4 July 1942, while serving at No. 9 Bombing and Gunnery School at Mont-Joli, Quebec. Possibly not repaired as struck off charge 13 January 1943
