Crashed into a mountainside. Two crew (Akgün/Okbaz) and one officer (Akaoy) of Kibris Türk Baris Kuvvetleri Komutanligi (KTBK) (Turkish Military Forces in Cyprus). Crashed on forced landing while returning due to mechanical problems.
