Narrative:An ELT signal was received at 1726Z. A Search & Rescue aircraft found the advanced ultralight at 2042Z on the frozen surface of Lac St-Jean, about five kilometres from the shore at St-Gédéon. Both occupants were fatally injured. The ultralight was heavily damaged. A TSB investigator was sent to the site. Un signal ELT a été reçu à 1726Z. Un appareil de Recherches et sauvetage a retrouvé l'ultra-léger avancé à 2042Z sur la surface gelée du Lac St-Jean, à environ cinq kilomètres des berges de St-Gédéon. Les deux occupants ont subi des blessures mortelles. L'ultra-léger a été lourdement endommagé. Un enquêteur du BST a été envoyé sur les lieux.
