Narrative:THE A/C WAS ON FINAL APPROACH TO AN ULTRALIGHT AIRSTRIP ONE MILE EAST OF ST. PAUL WHEN IT NOSED OVER AND DOVE VERTICALLY INTO A TREE LINE. THE PILOT WAS FATALLY INJURED AND THE AIRCRAFT DESTROYED.
