Narrative:Operation - Duisburg, Germany.
The aircraft was damaged by a German night fighter in the Nijmegen (the Netherlands) area, aircraft crashed during landing at RAF Ingham. Sergeant S. Janek died in the aircraft. The rest of the crew suffered superficial wounds.
