Narrative:Takeoff at 17:51 hrs local time for a low-level operation against Flensburg.
The aircraft was coned by the 3./Reserve-Flakscheinwerfer-Abteilung 609 and hit by Flak of the 1.-4./Reserve-Flak-Abteilung 306 and the 1.-3./Reserve-Flak-Abteilung 755; crashed into a water tower at Bohlberg.
The crew was initially buried at Flensburg. Today, all eight rest in the Kiel War Cemetery.
