Narrative:
Following a loss of engine power, the aircraft force landed to open field terrain during an attempted return to the point of departure at Richmond Airport (08R), West Kingston, Rhode Island. The airplane sustained substantial damage upon impact with solar panels and fencing. The sole pilot onboard the aircraft received minor injuries.
