Narrative:
Following a loss of engine power, the aircraft, an experimental Thomas A Faulkner built Zenith CH 801, force landed to open field terrain south of Collegedale Municipal Airport (KFGU), Collegedale, Tennessee. The airplane sustained unreported damage upon impact with surrounding trees and the sole pilot onboard was not injured during the incident.
