Narrative:According to a rough translation (from French into English) of the official French BEA report (see link #1 for the original French text):
"After making five aerodrome circuits in dual Runway 08, the instructor suggests the student to undertake a traffic pattern alone. The beginning of the circuit is normal. The instructor is present Flying Club at the track office and listening frequency. While the student is in the final, he asked to return to a less strong plan. The student corrects its vertical path. He says he passed a speed of sixty nodes in landing configuration, as specified in the flight manual. he rounds too high.
The plane bounced on the main gear and maintains a speed important, although the exact amounts have completely reduced power. the second contact with the runway, the nose gear struck the ground, then that the trajectory is skewed to the left. The instructor then saw the plane go to the right at high speed just after the hit. The train before breaks and collapses. The aircraft stopped on the runway.
The student has probably acted on the pedals during travel. However, he does not remember with precision the different actions on orders during this sequence that took place quickly. His instructor said that the day before he was done with this student a flight forty-five minutes, during which they had landed five times without particular difficulty."
