Crashed Hollenstein, Bad Salzuflen, Nordrhein-Westfalen.
Flt Sgt Moffatt RAAF & Flt Sgt Gadsden RAAF were initially buried in Hollenstedt Cemetery.
Reinterred 3 July 1946.
The remainder of the crew were initially buried in Achmer Temporary British Cemetery.
