Narrative:
During routine training flight MiG-25PU of 445 IAP went into a flat spin and crashed near Kotlas Air Base, Arkhangelsk Oblast. St/Lt Pyrochkin and instructor pilot Captain Vyacheslav Aleksandrovich Kandrushin was killed.
