Narrative:Crashed after engine failure. Both crew, F/L Bandu Eirisinghe and F/L Lasitha Sumanaweera, escaped unhurt.
The airframe was later reregistered as SAH-4406. Currently preserved at SLAF Base Hingurakgoda as "SAH626".
