The aircraft took off from a landing area for agricultural use, at the Pé de Limão Farm, municipality of Lagoa da Confusão, TO, at around 12:40 UTC, in order to perform a reconnaissance flight of an area for pesticide application, with a pilot and a passenger on board.
Soon after takeoff, during the low altitude flight, there was a loss of control, and the aircraft crashed into the ground. The aircraft sustained substantial damage.
The pilot and passenger suffered fatal injuries.
