IGA. To New Zealand Aero Transport. While coming in to land, a sudden down draught caused the undercarriage to hit a fence and the aircraft crashed. Pilot Mr Mallard slightly injured, passengers Messrs H. Edward and R. Archibald uninjured. Aircraft undercarriage and propellor smashed, nose damaged. Apparently repaired, given civil registration G-NZAR. Passed on to the NZPAF as spare parts in 1923. Note: reference 1 has year as 1923.
