Narrative:The glider got into an uncontrolled flight attitude after 9 minutes of flight time and crashed into a meadow. The pilot was fatally injured on impact and the glider was destroyed.
Conclusions
The accident was due to the glider entering an uncontrolled attitude after the turn and subsequently hitting the ground due to the low altitude.
The contributing factor was the failure to observe the speed when initiating the turn.
