On 12 March 1942 Hurricane of 191 IAP crashed during ferry flight from Kineshma Airfield (Ivanovo Oblast) to Migalovo Airfield (Kalinin Oblast, now Tver Oblast) due to engine failure.
Sergeant Mikhail Grigorievich Sirik was killed.
