Narrative:
Crashed shortly after take-off. Ten Jaime Campos Sepúlveda and Cabo mechanic Julio García Godoy.

Note: on 16 November 1962, 15:30, the cockpit window of the B-26 "812" broke at 7,000ft altitude near BA Cerro Moreno, injuring the pilot S.Ten Luis Campos. Mechanic Sarg 2°Dionisio Fuentes landed the aircraft safely at Cerro Moreno (La Nación (Santiago) 18 November 1962, p1 (Note: B-26 "816" on example photo))
