Narrative:According to the pilot, the wind was from 280 to 320 degrees at 13 knots with gusts to 22 knots. Upon touchdown, the left wing was raised by a gust. The airplane swerved right and then left before coming to rest nose down on the runway.
Probable Cause: The pilot's failure to maintain aircraft control during landing, which resulted in an inadvertent swerve and nose down. A contributing factor was the gusty wind condition.
