Narrative:During a test flight, the remotely piloted aircraft (RPA) commenced an uncommanded climb and the pilot flew the RPA back manually. During the descent, two rotors momentarily malfunctioned and the RPA became inverted and subsequently collided with terrain. The RPA was destroyed.
