Narrative:
Austrian Airlines flight OS73, a Boeing 767-3Z9ER, had departed from Vienna International Airport, Austria, when the flight crew noted a 'Rudder ratio' warning.
The flight returned for a safe landing back at Vienna about 45 minutes after takeoff.

The aircraft departed again one hour after landing, but the warning reappeared and the flight again returned for a safe landing back at Vienna.

The issue was resolved and the incident aircraft resumed service the following morning.
