(1) "Fighter" crashed and caught fire shortly after take-off on a training flight in a formation of Escuadrilla de Caza. Ten Av Proano. Type not reported but P-47D Thunderbold/small number Seversky P-35A and AT-6 in use (1948).
(2) also reported two occupants died but in confusion with the C-47 502 at Pastaza on same date
