Narrative:The pilot reported that during a touch and go landing, he experienced a wind gust that turned the airplane to the right and then to the left. The was unable to correct the airplane's heading and the airplane exited the runway which resulted in substantial damage to both wings. The pilot reported that there were no preaccident mechanical failures or malfunctions with the airplane that would have precluded normal operation.
Probable Cause: The pilot's failure to maintain control of the airplane during a landing in gusty wind conditions.
