Narrative:
With the onboard OMEGA navigation instrument not working, the Super Puma must remain in VFR according to requirement by Bristow Helicopters. Weather was unfavorable because of drizzle and low ceiling, therefore the pilot had to reduce the height of flight to 160~170 m to maintain VFR. In poor visibility, the Super Puma crashed onto a 200-m high hill, leaving no survivor.
