A F-15D Eagle operated by 173rd Fighter Wing / 114th Fighter Squadron "Eager Beavers", experienced an in flight emergency followed by a runway excursion after landing at Klamath Falls-Kingsley Field (LMT/KLMT), Oregon. It came to a stop in the Bureau of Reclamation irrigation canal at the south side of the runway.
The sole pilot onboard exited the aircraft with minor injuries and the aircraft received substantial damage and is a possible written off.
